Elise laughed so much when she kept reading hotel ads in Valparaiso that said, "We are two blocks from the puppet and clown museum" or "Right down the street from the puppet and clown museum" or similar. Tourist accommodations used the puppet and clown museum as a reference point for the locations and Elise read it over and over again. Well after four days in Valparaiso we actually went to the museum, it was a small set up with puppets from all over the world. The museum is a gathering point for children in the area because a curator reads books and plays with puppets a couple times a week. The museum is free to the public so even if it isn't what you thought it would be it didn't cost you anything to see it.
