Cafayate is the most underrated wine town

This is Mike...
Cafayate is without a doubt the most underrated wine town in the region. This place is perfect for the middle-aged family enjoying vine-culture. The streets are slow paced, the square is magnificent, time crawls. It is like a Norman Rockwell painting of a small town.
Having said that, our campground was loud and thumping with music until 8 in the morning, because the Argentinians love to stay awake. Oddly, though, we love to sleep and that does not make for a good union here. After 4 nights of sleep deprivation we decided to move further south to Maipu for quiet and more vine culture.
