Palacio de la Inquisicion in Cartagena is a house of horrors complete with a secret prison cell. This place reminded me of how brutal people can be when not restrained by a balance of power. This stuff was so grotesque that only the morally depraved could have devised such machines of torture. One can only hope that the real devils of this earth do go to hell.
